The Pret Chefs are celebrating the arrival of a new season as they have been hard at work creating a selection of fresh new salads which they’re sure will put a spring in your step:
Buffalo Mozzarella & Pesto: A classic veggie recipe with delicious, creamy buffalo mozzarella on a bed of mixes salad leaves.
Sesame Salmon & Black Rice: A generous slice of roasted Scottish salmon coated with black and white sesame seeds paired with black rice in a light sushi-style dressing.
Chicken, Prosciutto & Avocado: A fresh and vibrant combination of chargrilled British chicken in a creamy, herb sauce, with two slices of delicious prosciutto, a refreshing pea & mint salad and rich avocado.
Pret’s Protein Box: A box of high-protein goodness. Chargrilled British chicken breast, boiled free-range eggs, creamy avocado, long-stem broccoli, spinach and mixed seeds.
It doesn’t stop there – customers asked for more vegan treats and snacks and, as a result, Pret are introducing their first ever vegan cookie. The Dark Chocolate & Almond Butter Cookie combines vegan dark chocolate with almond butter and a little sea salt to make a deliciously indulgent vegan sweet treat.
