Known for his cult designs and statement catwalk shows, fashion designer Ashish lends his high-octane glamour to Warehouse for Christmas 2018 in an exclusive capsule collection.
Sequins feature in signature bold colours and directional shapes for an alternative take on seasonal partywear.
The 14-piece collection features 10 silhouettes. Wardrobe staples – polo tops, t-shirts and leggings – are revamped for the season while party essentials, including bandeau dresses and miniskirts, are ready for all disco occasions. The collection hits maximum impact with a statement catsuit, a floor-length own and an oversized trench coat that’s flawlessly cut to achieve a luxe finish.
The considered colour palette lets the head-to-toe sequins do all the talking. Pops of primary colour, pillar-box red, sapphire blue and canary yellow, sit alongside classic black, sparkling silver and nude. Each sequin catches the light, refracting an iridescent hue that epitomises disco glamour. Layered on 100% jersey fabric, each piece is wearable and flexible whilst retaining its bodycon structure.
A celebration of opulent glamour, that campaign is a nod to a more hedonistic era. Powerful poses are central to the shoot’s concept, a reference to campaigns for the Warehouse archive, spotlighting the collection’s design in the imagery.
