Full of Christmas magic, our Enchanted Woodland Yule Log is made from chocolate joconde sponge, soaked with amarena cherry syrup, filled with vanilla swiss buttercream and dark cherry filling. Hand piped with dark chocolate swiss buttercream, finished with profiterole “toadstools”, chocolate stars and holly leaves, hand piped buttercream vine and leaves, dusted with icing sugar and a sprinkling of sugar stars.
Winter Spiced Cheesecake £35.25
Patisserie Valerie’s classic cheesecake with a wintery twist. A mouth-watering biscuit crumb base made with Patisserie Valerie’s secret spices & brown sugar topped with an orange and a secret spice cream cheese.
Finished with a white chocolate cream cheese ganache, golden candied pecans, pecan nibs and dark and white chocolate curls.

Sabayon cream, fresh cream and fresh fruits between chocolate sponge layers. Decorated with chocolate cups, chocolate batons and berries.
