Pret’s new Summer Menu is freshly made and perfect for reunions in the park or picnics at home, with highlights including new Salad Bowls and Platters.

Salmon & Mango Salad Bowl

Our lightly roasted salmon is served with fresh mango, freshly sliced avocado, edamame soya beans, freshly sliced cucumber, and pickled onions. Finished with a pot of zingy green dressing.

Tamari & Ginger Chicken Salad Bowl

British chicken coated in tamari & ginger dressing, with long stem broccoli, soya edamame beans, & pickled cabbage & carrot. Finished with a pot of zingy green dressing.

Chipotle Sweet Potato Salad Bowl

Roasted diced sweet potatoes, coated in spicy chipotle ketchup, served with freshly sliced avocado, charred corn salsa, pickled onions, and fresh coriander. All on a bed of mixed salad leaves and crunchy slaw, served with a pot of ceviche style dressing.

Lobster Roll

The limited-edition Lobster Roll is back! Sustainably sourced Maine lobster, coated in a lemon and chilli mayo, on a freshly baked roll (catch it while you can).

Ploughman’s Platter

A classic Ploughman’s platter, perfect for sharing. Wiltshire-cured ham with mature cheddar, roasted tomatoes, free range eggs, sliced cucumber, baby plum tomatoes and Pret pickle on a bed of mixed salad leaves.

Humous & Crudités Platter

A platter with cucumber and red pepper crudités, baby plum tomatoes and humous for dipping.

Smoked Salmon & Avo Platter

Scottish smoked salmon with sliced avocado, creamy soft cheese, sliced cucumber and freshly sliced red onion, finished with lemon wedges.
