Black Forest (V)
Black Forest is a classic celebration cake that has been part of PV’s handmade cake range since 1926, with its original recipe being created by Madame Valerie herself.
Handmade with layers of rich chocolate sponge, whipped cream and dark cherry filling. Coated with dark vermicelli and finished with Amarena cherries, dark chocolate shavings and hand piped whipped cream rosettes.
Chocolate Orange Ombre (V)
Four layers of rich chocolate sponge filled with zesty orange cream. Coated with Swiss meringue buttercream, finished with dark chocolate ganache drip, Swiss meringue buttercream rosettes and chocolate orange segments.
Pink Candy Stripe & Blue Candy Stripe (V)
These famous five-layered candy stripe cake feature alternating layers of vanilla sponge mixed with raspberry jam and fresh cream. Hand finished with Swiss buttercream and a sprinkle of glitter confetti.
