Fan-favourite Souper Greens is back, and it has arrived with two fresh, flavour-packed lunchtime friends: the VLT, a vegan favourite with roasted shiitake & chestnut mushroom ‘rashers’ on malted bread, and the Sticky Mushroom Bánh Mì, with roasted mushrooms in Korean BBQ sauce, slaw, cucumber, coriander, and vegan mayo in a crispy white baguette.
