The AW20 edition of The Exchange Magazine is out now, and available to read exclusively via The Exchange website.
To say that the last six months have been unusual would be vastly understating the case, with everyone in the country affected to some extent by the COVID-19 fallout.
Like most in retail, The Exchange and its stores were forced to close at the end of March, enduring nearly three months of total lockdown. That notwithstanding, the centre reopened on 15th June and, drawing on its more than 90 years of retailing in Nottingham, is making every effort to weather this most unprecedented of storms.
With half an eye on the festive season, in this edition of the magazine we have an overview of Christmas in the centre, and our photoshoot focuses on those all-important fashion extras (or perhaps gifts – did I mention Christmas?) to offer some inspiration for Autumn/Winter 20 with a little Extras Special.
Speaking of gifts… there are myriad options within The Exchange and its stores, and we’ve picked out just a few to ensure you’re Present & Correct this season – whatever the occasion.
Meanwhile our regular fashion commentator, Nottingham designer and stylist Susi Henson, assesses the accessories that will enhance your AW20 outfits – read her article to access those Fringe Benefits.
Add to that profiles of the season’s highlights from our stores, including Harvey Jones Kitchens, Optique Vision, Castle Fine Art and Sofa.com, and there’s sure to be something for everyone this autumn at The Exchange.
Finally, regular drinks columnist, Chris Goodrum from Gauntleys, experiences A Little Local Difficulty as he casts his eye over another burning issue in the world of Scottish whisky.
