Crisp choux pastry shell filled with indulgent chocolate cream. Hand-decorated with chocolate icing and dark chocolate shavings.

Crisp choux pastry case filled with fresh raspberry creme patisserie. Decorated with a pink ganache glaze and freeze fried raspberry pieces.
