The Darwin is a premium Loafer, featuring cemented leather soles, built around Loake’s Origin last shape for a comfortable fit – also available in an ‘F’ fitting. These shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering and made in Portugal, using similar materials and finishing techniques as used in Loake’s Northamptonshire factory.
The Last – Origin
Elegant loafer last, designed with comfort in mind this is an F fitting, created to fit unstructured cement-lasted footwear. The last offers a soft rolled toe without having a chiselled appeal.
The Style – Loafer
Offering a smart-casual option for the warmer months, Darwin is one of a selection of slip-on loafers and moccasins are available in a variety of calf or suede leathers, providing a great versatile style that looks as great with a suit and a more casual look.
The Darwin is available in three colours – Dark Brown Suede, Navy Suede and Tan Suede and is £135.
