Up & Running’s story began in 1992, when husband and wife team, Gillian & Dennis Macfarlane opened their first store in Harrogate.
Today, they have a team of nearly 200 and 28 stores nationwide, and are the UK’s biggest independent running specialist retailer – here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The real home of running on the High Street, Up & Running stock nearly 50 of the world’s leading running & fitness brands for men and women, including Adidas, New Balance, Asics, Brooks, Under Armour, Puma, Ron Hill and Garmin.
Staff offer expert in-store help and advice, including gait analysis, nutrition & training tips, physio advice and extensive product knowledge.
Up & Running are the latest in a string of brands to open in The Exchange recently, cementing the centre’s position as one of the prime retail destinations in Nottingham.
The new Up & Running store will open at 6, The Exchange shortly.
